Sheila Phillips is a Program Associate for the Center for Community Engagement in Health Innovation at Community Catalyst. In this role, Sheila provides both administrative and programmatic support for the Center’s consulting and medical debt work.

Previously, Sheila worked at Mass General Brigham Home Care, where she facilitated home care services for patients.

Sheila received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Boston University with a specialization in genetics and a minor in public health. While in college, Sheila worked as a resident assistant to undergraduates, with programs assisting clients in recovery and re-entry into the workforce, and with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. She lives in Boston.
