Quỳnh Chi Nguyễn is an Associate Director for the Center for Community Engagement in Health Innovation. In this role, Quỳnh Chi manages the day-to-day operations of Community Catalyst’s Community Benefit and Economic Stability project and the Hospital Equity and Accountability Project (HEAP). She also provides technical assistance to local and state health advocacy organizations that are working to improve economic stability.

Quỳnh Chi — who has worked at Community Catalyst since 2007 — has expertise in several policy areas, including affordability, health insurance coverage, prescription drug costs, and hospital accountability. She is similarly experienced in policy research and analysis on community sustainable development, poverty reduction, child protection, and human trafficking in Southeast Asia.

Quỳnh Chi received a bachelor’s degree in international development studies from the University of California Los Angeles and a master’s degree in sustainable development from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. She also holds a teaching degree in French literature and linguistics from the Ho Chi Minh City of Pedagogy in Vietnam.
